Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your participation in the Premium Auto Service Rewards draw program. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Official Draw Rules.

Eligibility

Participants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Be a legal resident of eligible jurisdictions
• Not be an employee, officer, or director of our company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or immediate family members of such persons
• Not be involved in the development, production, or distribution of the draw
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

Entry Process

To enter the draw:

1. Complete the entry form with accurate personal information
2. Complete the security verification process
3. Agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy
4. Submit your entry before the current draw is filled

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Draw Conduct

All draws are conducted according to the following principles:

• Draws are triggered automatically when 200 verified entries are collected
• Winners are selected randomly using a secure automated system
• All valid entries have an equal chance of winning
• The selection process is final and cannot be appealed
• Results will be announced on our website and winners will be notified directly

Prize Claiming

To claim your prize:

• Respond to the winner notification within 30 days
• Provide valid government-issued identification matching your entry information
• Complete any required tax or eligibility documentation
• Comply with any additional verification procedures we may require

Failure to meet these requirements may result in prize forfeiture.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use automated systems to submit entries
• Attempt to manipulate the draw in any way
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• Technical failures or disruptions that may affect entry submission
• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
• Errors or inaccuracies in entry information
• Unauthorized human intervention in the draw process
• Any injury or damage resulting from participation

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
