These draws are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or related to these draws will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario. By participating, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

Compliance

Our draws comply with all applicable federal and provincial regulations regarding promotional contests and giveaways, including:

• Competition Act regulations on contests and promotions
• Provincial gaming and lottery regulations
• Privacy laws regarding the collection and use of personal information

Void Where Prohibited

• Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the draw
• Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused by participation
