These Official Draw Rules & Terms govern the Assurance Collision Repair Draw Program. Please read them carefully before participating.

At a Glance

A draw is triggered automatically each time 400 verified entries are collected. One winner is randomly selected to receive a CAD $2,000 store credit for auto body repairs. No purchase is necessary. One entry per person, plus bonus entries earned through referrals after verification. Winners must correctly answer a skill-testing question and respond within 30 days.

Eligibility

  • Be a legal resident of Ontario, Canada
  • Be at least 18 years of age at entry
  • Must have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract
  • Employees, contractors, and household members of Assurance Collision Repair are not eligible to participate

How to Enter

To enter, complete our online form or submit a mail-in entry. Only one base entry per person.

  • Complete the online form with your name, city, email, phone number, vehicle condition, repair timing, service interest, and notification preference
  • Agree to these rules and the privacy policy
  • Entries become eligible only after **verification** of your contact details to confirm they are real (for example, by confirmation link and/or SMS code). Unverified entries are not included in any draw.
  • Alternatively, send a hand-printed postcard to the Sponsor at 1173 Roselawn Ave, Toronto, ON M6B 1C6 with your contact details and the phrase “Assurance Collision Repair Draw Entry”

Referral Program & Extra Entries

  • After your base entry is verified, you will receive a unique referral link immediately on the confirmation screen and again by email or SMS (based on your selected notification preference).
  • For every two (2) new participants who sign up with your referral link and themselves complete verification and meet all eligibility requirements, you earn one (1) additional entry in the current draw.
  • Referral credit is posted only after the referred entrants are verified. Referred sign-ups that remain unverified at the time the draw threshold is reached do not count toward extra entries for that draw.
  • Referrals must be unique Ontario residents who complete a valid entry form. Self-referrals, disposable/alias emails, automated sign-ups, or duplicate submissions are void.
  • No cap on referral entries; all referral-based entries are subject to identity and eligibility verification and may be rejected at the Sponsor’s discretion if requirements are not met. The Sponsor may revoke extra entries obtained through suspicious or abusive referral practices.

Draw Schedule & Mechanics

  • A draw is triggered automatically each time 400 verified entries are collected (this includes verified base entries and verified extra entries earned through referrals).
  • The drawing system treats each eligible entry as a separate “ballot.” Extra entries earned through referrals increase the number of ballots assigned to that entrant.
  • All valid entries have an equal chance of winning; winners are selected by random computer draw from all eligible entries for that draw.
  • Entries do not carry over to subsequent draws.
  • Winners must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to claim the prize.

Prize

  • The prize is a CAD $2,000 store credit for auto body repair at Assurance Collision Repair
  • The credit has no cash value, does not expire, and is not transferable
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that draw. Extra entries earned via referrals proportionally increase an entrant’s chance of being selected.

Winner Notification & Claiming

  • Winners are contacted via their preferred method (email or SMS) within five business days; the Sponsor will make up to three (3) attempts over 10 business days.
  • Winners must respond within 30 days and provide government-issued ID matching their entry
  • Failure to respond or correctly answer the skill-testing question may result in disqualification and selection of a new winner
  • With the winner’s consent, we may announce their first name and city on our website or social media

General Conditions

  • No purchase is necessary; a free entry method is available via mail
  • The Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the draw for any reason, including an insufficient number of entries or technical issues
  • The Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost or misdirected entries, or injuries arising from participation
  • These rules are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada and are void where prohibited by law
